Stacey Stemplowski

Registered Psychotherapist | Holistic Nutritionist | Yoga & Pilates Instructor | Reiki Master

“My mission is to empower you with the tools to heal, move, and nourish your way to a more vibrant, authentic life.”

I believe that true well-being isn’t found in a single practice, but in the integration of the mind, body, and spirit. My approach to health is deeply multimodal, rooted in the understanding that our physical vitality, mental clarity, and energetic balance are inextricably linked.

With a clinical background in Psychotherapy and a lifelong passion for functional movement and nutrition, I help clients navigate the complexities of modern life from the inside out. Whether we are working through nutritional shifts, building physical resilience on the Pilates mat, or restoring your nervous system through Reiki, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for you to return to yourself.

My Integrated Approach

I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” healing. By bridging the gap between clinical mental health and holistic wellness, I offer a unique perspective on:

  • The Body: Using Yoga and Pilates to improve structural alignment, mobility, and the mind-body connection.
  • The Fuel: Applying Holistic Nutrition to support brain health, hormone balance, and sustained energy.
  • The Spirit: Facilitating Reiki sessions to clear energetic blockages and promote deep, parasympathetic rest.

Dawnmarie

200 HR YTT | Yoga Teacher | Somatic Practitioner

“I am so deeply grateful to be a part of your healing journey and to help you find the strength and balance that translates from the mat into your daily life.”

Dawnmarie’s journey with yoga began at the age of 15, serving as a profound source of healing through life’s most difficult transitions and traumas. This personal history of resilience informs every class she teaches, shifting the focus from simple physical exercise to a deep, soulful restoration.

A 200 HR YTT certified teacher, Dawnmarie trained under Rachel Rogers at Alchemy Yoga & Wellness. Since 2024, she has brought an incredible energy to the mat, teaching over 300 classes across four different studios. Her extensive experience spans a diverse range of modalities, including Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin-Yang, and Barre, as well as specialized work with Red Light Therapy.

With a deep commitment to breathwork and meditation, Dawnmarie often incorporates a “mini” Yoga Nidra at the close of her sessions—a gift to the nervous system that allows for a complete reset. Her goal is to create a sanctuary where the mind, body, and soul can finally unite as one to heal.

Dawnmarie’s classes are intentionally designed to support the body’s natural systems through:

  • Lymphatic Drainage: Purposeful movement to support detoxification.
  • Fascia Release: Deep, sustained stretches to improve mobility and release stored tension.
  • Somatic Integration: Specialized movements to strengthen the pelvic floor and regulate the nervous system.
  • Energetic Clearing: Guided focus on the chakra system to release “mental baggage” and emotional weight.

Weaving a trauma aware approach into her teaching style, Jelayna strives to bring warm energy to each class and create a supportive, judgement free space for every body, no matter where you are in your yoga journey. She takes a grounded scientific approach to structuring flows rooted in an understanding of anatomy and the nervous system, with the occasional spiritual theme to deepen student’s knowledge and understanding of traditional Yogic roots.
